Fleetwise operates regional delivery networks for retailers. Dispatchers planned routes in spreadsheets and learned about delays from angry phone calls. We delivered a real-time platform combining route optimisation, driver apps and predictive ETAs.
The challenge
Routes were planned manually each morning and never updated when traffic, cancellations or vehicle breakdowns changed the plan. Fuel costs were rising, deliveries were late, and leadership had no consolidated view across depots.
Our approach
We built an optimisation engine that re-plans routes continuously as conditions change, fed by GPS telemetry streaming from every vehicle. Drivers get a simple navigation-first app with proof-of-delivery, while dispatchers use a live map with exception alerts. Predictive ETAs learned from historical data keep customers informed automatically.
