Shape products end to end, from research and flows to polished interfaces and design systems.
What you will do
- Lead discovery: interviews, journey mapping and problem framing with clients.
- Design flows, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile.
- Build and evolve design systems that engineers enjoy using.
- Run usability tests and use the findings to improve the product.
What we are looking for
- 5 or more years of product design experience with shipped work to show.
- Strong interaction, visual and typographic skills.
- Fluency in Figma, including components, variables and prototyping.
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions with evidence.
Nice to have
- Experience designing complex dashboards or fintech products
- Motion design skills
- Front-end coding knowledge
