What you will do
- Own planning, budget and delivery for several client engagements at a time.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, demos and stakeholder updates.
- Spot risks early and work with the team to resolve them before they become problems.
- Build lasting relationships with client leadership.
What we are looking for
- 6 or more years managing software delivery, ideally in an agency or consultancy.
- Deep knowledge of agile practices and when to adapt them.
- Excellent written communication and calm under pressure.
- Comfort discussing technical trade-offs with engineers.
Nice to have
- Experience with fixed-scope and dedicated team models
- Technical background
- Formal agile or PMP certification
